No. Your photos and files stay on your own drive in your home, and the offsite copy is encrypted before it leaves. We watch that your system is healthy, not what you do on it. You get a written note of exactly what we can and can't see before we start.
If your inverter is on, your protection, filtering and photo backup keep running. We check this during the free visit.
Protection and photo backup at home continue. Voice control and access from outside the house pause until it's back, unless you add backup internet.
Yes. We set up controls on their phones too, so bedtime and age filters apply at home and away.
No. Smart and Enhanced rooms fit your existing switch boxes and sockets in most homes. Wired builds and cinema rooms need cabling, and we tell you on the visit.
The home hub and speakers move with you. Switches, locks and curtain motors are fittings, so we'll talk through what stays.
No. Recognition makes things convenient, like opening the gate when your car and your phone arrive together. Doors unlock only with your fingerprint, code, key or phone.
